(The Marriott in background) (Lodging Quarter on floors above) The Space Camp Habitat serves as our registration
center and the lodging quarters for students and on-site staff Men will lodge in one area and women in a separate
area. (Area = bays or floors) Check-In/registration is from 3PM to 4:40
PM on Day 1 (Wednesday). When registering, each student participant is assigned to a team and given a room assignment for the
entire event. The assignments ensure personal
safety and
accessibility in the event of an emergency. Room occupants are responsible for
following Space Camp housekeeping rules and are to keep their room clean and
orderly. Camp supervisory staff and a separate
security staff are on site or on call 24/7 for student safety when the YLC is
in session YLC Activity is mostly at NASA’s
Education Research Facility (ERF), but some is at Space Camp facilities

Conference Room & Auditorium Space Camp Aviation Challenge Nutritious
meals are provided in the Space Camp cafeteria. Breakfast and lunch are 30minutes,
beginning at 0715 and 1215 and dinner is 45 minutes at 1700 or 1715. The first meal is 17:15 on Wednesday; final
meal is 0715 Saturday. Food and drink
are provided for the social mixers and covered by tuition cost.
