After the 9/22/09 deadline, reserved allocation expires and vacant slots will be filled

in order of grouped arrival with contracted sponsorships having higher priority

(Huntsville YLC Committee will resolve ties preferring earlier sent date)

2 September 2009          ALL POSITIONS (Executive & Division & Team Leaders)

(Earlier deadline for student staff allows for participation in a Mentor/Leader Training seminar)

SPONSORSHIP BY CONTRACT

Sponsoring organization coordinates student application and selection

with schools and students, directly selects the students to be sponsored,

submits applications with tuition payment and provides for transportation

(Applicable only for schools not receiving allocation by the MOWW Huntsville Chapter)

$275.00 per student  (includes room, board & educational materials)

$100.00 per adult sponsor attending (board & educational materials)

Tuition payment to be sent with the completed application

for each student sponsored by contract and attending adults*

Check is to be payable to HSV AL MOWW PEF, Inc
(Our Patriotic Education Foundation (PEF) is a qualified, licensed 501c(3) organization)

Slots dedicated to schools via the MOWW Huntsville Chapter are not “Sponsorship by Contract”;                     tuition has been prepaid via local donors and the schools serve as the selection agent).
