Transportation Considerations

Arrival

Registration is from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM in the Space Camp Habitat Building beyond the U.S. Space Camp entrance. Adjacent to the camp entrance is a no fee parking lot with loading zone and longer-term parking. (Exit 15 off of I-565 to 1 Tranquility Base)

Method

Automobile

High school students may be brought to the YLC by a personally owned vehicle, but are not allowed to have one at the YLC during the conference itself.

Bus or Air

If traveling by bus or airplane per your sponsor’s provisions, please contact us for arrangements to facilitate student transportation to and from the terminal.

Departure

The Commencement and Diploma Ceremony officially ends the conference program and is over around 1:45 PM on Saturday. Departure should not be planned for before that time.
